Cheryl, Mickie and Nancy…I need you to email me or post/comment on this post how you did this last week! What did the scale tell you?

Also, I would like each of us to put a recipe on here. All of us are Moms who cook, and sometimes we get in boring ruts with what we serve. We need some low-calorie meal ideas!

    Hi Julie,
    I’m not sure what to think. πŸ™‚ I weighed myself on 6/2 at a friend’s house in KS. When I got back, I bought a scale and this week it said about 10 lbs less than when I first weighed. There’s NO way I could have lost that much in 2-3 weeks, so now I don’t know what to think. I was thinking maybe use this latest weight as my starting point? This scale says about 144 instead of 153??
    I’ll weigh myself on Fri. a.m and let you know what it says.

      You most definitely could have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. A lot of times, we lose a lot of weight at first because its mostly water weight, etc. If you were eating less and exercising, it’s possible!

      Let me know what the scale says tomorrow morning!

    I weighed in this a.m. (Wed.) and the scale says the same thing it did last week. Which, I’m happy about. At least I didn’t go backwards. 143.4. πŸ™‚
